Fitness Programme


Get fit, get healthy, get active from just £1* per class!

We offer a fantastic fitness programme, including £1 offers from Now’s  the Time. All other classes are run from our centre by qualified fitness instructors. Please contact us for further information, including costs and how to book.


10:30-11:30am, Zumba™ Gold*

An easy to follow programme that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. Suitable for 50+ and first timers; classes provide modified low impact moves.

7-8pm, Back to Fitness*

Suitable for individuals with a wide range of health conditions including heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, etc, or simply those who are new to exercise.


9:30 -10:30am &  7-8pm, Indoor Cycling*

The bikes might be stationary but you really will be going places and seeing the change in your health.

8.15-9.15pm, Pilates*

Improve your flexibility, build strength and develop control and align your entire body while concentrating on your breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.


10.00-11.00am, Ladies Boxing Circuit*

Get active and get fit with this hour-long boxing class.

6:00pm-7.30pm, Family Table Tennis*

Have fun while improving your skills and playing against others.


9:30-10:30am & 10.30-11.30am, Total Tone*

Total Tone circuit based exercise. Great for all including those who have never taken part in a weekly exercise programme before.

9.30-11.00am, Cycle Club*

Meet like minded people for this cycling session.

6:00pm-8.00pm, Family Table Tennis*

Have fun while improving your skills and playing against others.

6.30-8.30pm, Netball*

Team sport for all the family for children (aged 8+) and adults alike.


10.00-11.00am, Ladies Legs Bums and Tums*

Fun workout.

6.00-8.00pm, Youth Night

Meet new people, take part in a number of activities and enjoy music. Open to everyone aged 12+.
